About the author

Camille has over six years’ experience in dialogue fundraising, working across F2F & telemarketing campaigns after beginning her career as a telephone fundraiser. She is currently the Training and Quality Control Assistant Manager at the British Red Cross and has her fingers in lots of pies across the organisation taking a keen interest in supporter experience and innovation. She has also recently taken up the position of co-chair of the BAME diversity network, and wants to encourage what can be challenging and taboo conversations about diversity across the sector. She is a keen public speaker and enjoys being front and centre.
