John Burton is the founder and CEO of the World Land Trust. A journalist and broadcaster on environmental issues, he has also worked previously for organisations such as Friends of the Earth and Fauna and Flora International. John has also written several books for both children and adults and edited a number of multi-author works including the National Trust Book of British WildlifeOwls of the World and the Atlas of Endangered Species
