About the author

Kathryn started out in the charity sector processing donations at the BUAV in 2005, then became responsible for supporter care, database management and direct marketing activity. She joined Friends of the Earth in 2010 and now heads up the Individual Giving team, responsible for leading the team’s efforts to maximise income through engaging fundraising methods.
