Lily Elizabeth Davies is Head of Philanthropy, Trusts & Special Events at Barnardos. She was previously part of the Executive Team at Chickenshed, leading Fundraising, Marketing, Communications and Social Enterprise Development. In her career, Lily helped to establish the first innovation team at Marie Curie and has previously held senior-level positions within top commercial brands. In work, Lily enthuses over behavioural science, actionable insight and business transformation.
