About the author

Ryna Sherazi began her career at WaterAid as a regional fundraising volunteer and decided to pursue a career in fundraising. Five years later she was heading the community fundraising team. Ryna has since been acting head of regional and community fundraising at Anthony Nolan. She now works in Kathmandu, Nepal helping small and large organisations become better at fundraising, and to adjust to a new funding environment in Asia.
