About the author

After graduating with a masters in marketing, Tom learnt the key aspects of the DM world working in creative agencies before joining the Individual giving team at RNIB, where he played a leading role in the launch of the RNIB lottery. Tom is now working at Sightsavers as the Retention Manager. Over the last two years he has been privileged enough to visit programmes in Uganda and Zambia seeing first-hand the difference Sightsavers are making to combat avoidable sight loss.
