About the author

Gráinne has been fundraising since 2009 when she started at agency Total Fundraising in Ireland working with a range of charity clients. She then moved to London and worked for JustGiving before eventually joining the fundraising team at Amnesty International. She is currently working as Head of Supporter Recruitment at Greenpeace UK.
