Tracy joined Shelter in 2011. Before that she was Head of Community and Corporate fundraising at NSPCC, integrating ChildLine with NSPCC. Prior to that she worked for Save the Children in senior community, corporate and media roles. She is a trustee of Action for Children since June 2015.
