About the author

Fiona graduated from UCL with a BA (Hons) in Linguistics in 2001. She has worked agency-side ever since, across B2B, commercial and fundraising sectors. The last 7 years have been spent in fundraising specifically and she has worked at agencies including Bluefrog, Domain London and KitcattNohrDigitas. As Head of Client Development at On Agency, Fiona is responsible for business development, running pitches, managing a team of account handlers and is involved in the day to day running of accounts including the Stroke Association, Motor Neurone Disease Association, NSPCC and Plan UK. Fiona joined On in April 2013 and loves the perks of being by the seaside whilst also enjoying the culture of a London agency.
