Following the huge success of IWITOT Virtual in April 2020, IWITOT returned for one last special edition for 2020. And this time, it was all about the supporter experience.

On December 9th, 12 speakers took to the virtual stage for an afternoon of inspiring and engaging talks. Each one had seven minutes to inspire the audience with an example of a great supporter experience that they wish they’d thought of themselves.

And it was a huge success. There wasn’t a dull moment on screen or in the chat box – this IWITOT was full of the fun and smiles that fundraisers desperately needed after a tough year.

We learned that puns often feature heavily in a good supporter experience… fundraisers can find inspiration even by looking outside the sector… and most importantly, you simply can‘t go wrong with a donor love bomb’!

Over 400 fundraisers bought tickets or recordings of our live Zoom webinar. It was hosted by Lesley Pinder of British Red Cross and Joe Burnett of SOFII

Our wonderful speakers were:

Shabby Amini — Independent Fundraising Consultant;

Julia Ammon MCIOF (Cert) — Blesma;

Lianne Howard-Dace — Independent Fundraising Consultant;
