IWITOT is a unique spin on the usual fundraising conference. At every IWITOT our attendees (from veterans to newbies) are given the opportunity to be inspired, as their peers showcase brilliant examples of fundraising from around the world.

Every speaker has just seven minutes to champion an innovative and exciting fundraising campaign or concept that they wish they’d thought of themselves. But there is a catch… all speakers must speak enthusiastically about someone else’s idea, not their own. Egos are banned for the day!

We think IWITOT is the greatest fundraising conference of all and we are proud of our consistently positive feedback from speakers and attendees.

Yes it’s finally time! IWITOT is back on Thursday, 7 November 2024 from 2 to 5pm (UK time) and will be followed by a drinks reception from 5 to 6pm. We would love for you to be there.

You can now secure your ticket to the most fun fundraising conference on the calendar. Join us online or come and be part of the fun in London at the Amnesty International Human Rights Centre – after all, it is the very place where IWITOT began in 2012.

Click now to check out your speaker line-up, find out all the details and grab your ticket today!

Host your own IWITOT

Adding an IWITOT session to your fundraising conference is a fun and engaging way to enhance your event and boost ticket sales. IWITOT always draws a crowd and appeals to a wide range of fundraisers. From experienced practitioners to staff just starting out, IWITOT is an inspirational and informative session for everyone.

If you are interested in adding an IWITOT session to your own conference, then email lynda@sofii.org for more details on how to do so. We will give you all the tools to put on a great IWITOT and can help you throughout the process. We offer two packages of support and would love to talk through what SOFII can offer you.

Speak at IWITOT

We are always looking for new speakers to take the stage at our IWITOT events. IWITOT is a great way to grow your network and get valuable public speaking experience. It is only a seven minute slot after all!

SOFII works hard to ensure a diverse and inclusive line-up at our IWITOT events, and we actively encourage new faces to put themselves forward. We will support you along the way and can even offer you help in sourcing a great fundraising idea to present, or connect you with a mentor in the sector.

So, if you would like to join the many amazing fundraisers who have presented at our IWITOT events, please click here for more information, or email lynda@sofii.org to start a conversation about securing your own speaking place at an upcoming IWITOT.

Previous IWITOTs

The first IWITOT event took place in 2012 and its success encouraged us to run a sequel in both London and Toronto in 2013. Fundraisers loved it. They couldn’t get enough of IWITOT.

So, we hosted further IWITOT events in London during 2014 and 2015, as well as our first event across the pond, Baltimore in 2015. Then we were back in London to sold-out success in 20162018 and 2019

The Covid-19 pandemic meant that we moved to a hugely successful virtual edition of our London IWITOT in April 2020, before offering an amazing special supporter experience edition (online) in December 2020.

In January 2021, we took IWITOT across the pond for a virtual edition of IWITOT: The Americas. Later, in September 2021, SOFII worked with fundraisers in South America to bring you a virtual Spanish language IWITOT before delivering another IWITOT: The Americas in May 2022, once again online.

In 2022 we were back in-person at the iconic Holborn Studios in London. And for this 10th anniversary celebration we brought you our first-ever fully hybrid event so everyone around the globe could join in – #IWITOT10 was fabulous. In fact, it worked so well that we repeated this same format again in 2023.

Now it’s time for more of what you love... IWITOT 2024. Secure your place today.
